Placing an order or application for a service
After logging in with your employee account, the desired service may be selected using the 4-stage dropdown menus or the search bar.
Note: Currently, only a limited selection of the public services
offered by the PTB is available via the E-Service. We are continually
working on extending the number of services available, aiming at
offering all our services online in the future.
To place an order or apply for a service, please follow the steps displayed after you selected the desired service. Any documents required for processing may be uploaded and will be transmitted securely with your order or application. A link in the online form leads you to the document templates required for the respective service. Please complete these templates and upload them in the designated upload step to submit them with your order or application.
A qualified electronic signature is no longer required for processing your order or application. Your order or application is just as valid and legally binding without a signature.
If you nonetheless have doubts regarding a signature requirement, please contact the organizational unit (OU) of the PTB responsible for the desired service. Contact details are displayed upon selecting the desired service.
