Processing your order or application for a service

After you submit your order or application, the PTB will review it and, if necessary, request any missing documents through the E-Service Portal. Please check your E-Service inbox. You will be notified by email when new items are added to your inbox.

If necessary, you may submit additional documents by opening the entry for your order or application in the outbox, clicking the “Subsequent submission” button at the bottom right, and then following the instructions.

Using the “Subsequent submission” function, you may also send a message to the responsible organizational unit. To do so, enter your message under “Remarks” on the page that follows the file upload and follow the steps shown.
